On Doctor Who: The Key to Time: The Armageddon Factor the Marshal is growing tired of what he see's as Princess Astra's interference with the way he is conducting the war. He hatches a plan to have one of his men lock her away in a contaminated part of the underground city.
The Marshall kill the man and then makes his way back to the command center. The Doctor, Romana and K-9 materialize on the planet and discover the body.
The Doctor always seems to be making wise cracks and the writers couldn't let this one go to waste so they used it. I have noticed that where Doctor Who uses a knife, Lost will use a gun and vice versa.
Lost even through in the wise crack just like the Doctor would have done. Flocke was implying that they were friends and Sayid stabbing him without even saying hello.
