Sawyer and Prince Reynart wounds are in the same place. Why?

I was sitting here LMAO at how much was copied from Doctor Who and transferred to Lost.  Let me set the scene for you & you see for yourself.  In Doctor Who: The Androids of Tara there is a point in the story where Romana is brought down to the dungeon & they open the cell and bring her in.  We find that the cell is occupied by Prince Reynart.

The Prince at first believes Romana to be Princess Stella who is a dead ringer for Romana.  We find that the Prince’s left arm  is injured and has a wound that you can see is bleeding through his clothing and we learn that without treatment he will die from his wounds.  He is sweating profusely and his strength is failing him.  Romana tries to do what she can but the situation is dire.

Romana says that all he needs is some proper medical …  She is cut off by the Count.  Later after Count Grendel gets them to both agree to marry each other by threatening to kill the real Princess who is in the next cell.

The Archimandrite who is to perform the wedding we see that Prince Reynart is having difficulty holding up his left arm.

Grendel plans on killing the Prince and then marrying Romana to become the rightful ruler of the planet and then killing her. So why was I LMAO? Remember when Sawyer was shot (in the left arm)?

Remember him walking through the jungle and he couldn’t even lift up his arm?

Remember when Mr Echo defied Ana Lucia and brought Sawyer back to the hatch?

Remember when Jack and Kate being in the room with Sawyer and he was sweating profusely and his strength had all but given out. Jack tell Kate that he needs antibiotics (i.e. proper medical care for this situation.)  Kate was there staying by his bedside to try and care for him just like Romana was there to care for the Prince.

Can you say REMAKE!!!
