On Doctor Who: The Pirate Planet there is a scene where the Captain’s ship and the TARDIS both try to materialize in the same space. After the whole ordeal is over the Captain lines up his engineering crew and demands answers as to why they were nearly ripped apart. When no one has any answers the Captain unleashed his metal falcon and it flies from his shoulder where it is perched and ascends into the air and dives down and kills one of the engineers.
This really made no sense to me as he lost a good man just because he got mad. So how does this relate back to Lost? Remember when Michael was leading Jack, Kate, Sawyer and Hurley back to the others in exchange for Walt? In the middle of the jungle out of nowhere a bird just dives down toward the group just for the hell of it & flew away!
It made about as much sense as it did in Doctor Who too. But I think that is the point. What I’m saying is that Lost is only a remake, plain & simple!
